Security Compliance Analyst

Job overview

The Security Compliance Analyst role is hybrid in Little Rock, AR, with compensation of $40–$42 per hour. The position supports affiliation compliance assurance and information security programs. The analyst helps the organization meet applicable laws, regulations, and standards by interpreting requirements, advising business partners, managing security policies and risk programs, and supporting audits, remediation, training, and compliance reviews.

What you'll do

• Track and interpret laws and regulations affecting the business
• advise functional managers on compliance
• guide business partners on information security issues and risks
• create, manage, and enforce security policy
• oversee framework compliance, audit remediation, corrective action plan management, and vulnerability management
• conduct anti-phishing campaigns and security awareness training
• manage third-party risk
• review compliance records and alleged violations, escalating as needed
• collaborate on audits and policy or regulatory updates
• document and distribute resources.
