What you'll do

• Clean, mop, sweep, and dust kitchen and dining areas
• requisition, receive, store, and distribute supplies
• clean and polish equipment
• change light bulbs and arrange chairs
• make minor equipment and facility repairs
• assist the dishwasher
• remove and store dishes
• decorate occasionally for special events
• launder rags and aprons
• remove trash
• maintain cleaning supplies
• use cleaning and sanitation agents correctly
• fill in as directed.
