What you'll do
- Conduct client interviews and mental health assessments

- gather client history with written consent
- develop treatment plans and coordinate with support networks
- provide case management and community support
- assess risk and respond appropriately
- maintain clinical records and complete required documentation
- attend meetings, training, supervision, and quality activities
- follow privacy and compliance requirements.
