Director of Engagement

What you'll do

• Develop and lead a congregational engagement strategy and define measures of connection and participation
• assess and improve newcomer, membership, volunteer, and ministry pathways
• oversee visitor follow-up and Sunday community time
• develop practices for online participant connection and inclusive participation
• establish tracking systems, dashboards, and reports
• partner with Communications on invitations and next steps
• train ministry staff and volunteer leaders
• supervise the Director of Volunteer Ministry.
