What you'll do

• Answer calls and provide leasing information
• schedule tours and take maintenance requests
• show properties and explain applications
• prepare move-in packets
• explain leases, community policies, and HUD/LIHTC information
• complete move-in inventories
• assist with resident concerns and work orders
• screen applications and process leases, fees, and rents
• cover leasing offices on weekend shifts as needed.
