What you'll do

• Lead and support site staff
• manage schedules, check-ins, meetings, and training
• oversee camper and staff safety, incident response, and required records
• serve as the primary site contact for families
• coordinate daily operations, field trips, transportation, supplies, and events
• and foster an inclusive camp culture and responsible outdoor recreation.

Why this role

The 2027 season runs June 1–August 6, with additional daily camp sessions August 9–18. In-person staff training is May 24–28, and manager training is mandatory for new managers. Camp locations include Kincaid Park, a second Anchorage location to be determined, and Birchwood Elementary in Eagle River; preferences are discussed but not guaranteed.
