What you'll do

• Lead toddler classroom routines and learning experiences
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create age-appropriate activities involving art, music, movement, sensory play, and exploration
• support developmental skills and independence
• assist with meals, diapering or toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
• document progress
• communicate with families
• collaborate with teachers and center leadership
• follow Maryland requirements.
