What you'll do

• Serve as talent strategy partner for assigned functions
• translate business objectives into hiring strategies and workforce plans
• advise on organizational design and role definition
• lead full-cycle recruitment from planning through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
• develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• use market intelligence and recruiting metrics
• coach interviewers
• improve recruiting processes, systems, and hiring practices.
