Maintenance Team Leader

The Maintenance Team Leader role is onsite at Pecan Grove in Seguin, TX. Pay is $28–$31.93 per hour. The role supports the residential community and reports to the Community Manager. The team leader protects and enhances the community’s condition while helping ensure resident maintenance issues are resolved efficiently. The work includes repairs, grounds and common-area upkeep, apartment turnovers, and communication with management about issues requiring attention.

What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds and buildings
• perform apartment and common-area repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• keep shared spaces sanitary and orderly
• maintain landscaping
• prepare apartments for new residents and assist with turnovers
• report maintenance and curb-appeal issues
• respond to emergencies according to policy
• provide emergency maintenance coverage as part of an on-call rotation if applicable.
