Inside Sales Account Manager

The Inside Sales Account Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Red Wing, MN, with a stated salary of $55,000–$70,000 annually plus commission. What you'll do

• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• follow up on quotations
• prepare quotes and coordinate costs and lead times
• evaluate pricing and competition
• negotiate within company guidelines
• understand customer drawings and specifications
• coordinate bills of materials, part information, and ERP/MRP data
• communicate order and delivery information
• support order transition and issue resolution
• maintain sales records and recommend process improvements.
