What you'll do

• Attend to members’ and guests’ needs
• take and deliver food and beverage orders
• prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and tea
• perform wine service
• use the point-of-sale system
• monitor food quality and portion control
• maintain service areas and stock
• and complete assigned opening and closing duties.
