What you'll do

• Lead and delegate work for the Guest Experience team
• welcome guests and confirm activities
• coordinate tasks across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, Food and Beverage, and Groups
• maintain relationships with third-party adventure vendors
• conduct onsite activities
• oversee retail operations, including ordering and inventory
• manage activity costs and monthly budgets
• ensure events and VIP arrivals have a point person.
