What you'll do

• Develop sales opportunities using outbound lists, CRM systems, email, and lead follow-up
• understand customer needs
• answer questions and resolve concerns by phone and email
• explain product and service features
• maintain prospect records and research leads
• and stay current on products, services, and competitor offers. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed.
