What you'll do

• Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance and accurate documentation
• coordinate staffing, hiring, schedules, training, and supervision
• manage program budgets and administrative duties
• monitor residents’ medical and clinical needs
• oversee supportive housing operations and housing-stability supports
• coordinate with providers, landlords, families, and community partners
• provide rotating on-call coverage
• support residents with financial and community resources
• maintain program technology, vehicles, safety, and confidentiality.
