What you'll do

• Lead, train, and assign daily tasks to QC finishing and grouping team members
• prioritize rush orders
• inspect finished products against approved proofs
• verify order specifications
• sort, count, group, and label items
• identify and communicate defects
• track output, defect rates, rework, and shortages
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• assist with inspection and grouping as needed.
