The Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $120,000 to $165,000 base salary, with total earning potential of $200,000 to $260,000+. This role supports the field leadership team at a leading commercial general contractor. This role exists to lead all on-site field operations for ground-up commercial projects. The superintendent will manage subcontractors, drive schedules, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project management teams to deliver large-scale developments.
