What you'll do

• Prepare handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes, and other menu items
• restock hot and cold food displays and shelves
• cook hot food to recipes and standards
• prepare barista drinks to Pret standards
• check and record food temperatures
• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety and health rules
• keep workspaces clean
• complete safety training
• wear the required uniform
• set up, clean, and maintain equipment
• complete temperature checks and equipment tests.
