Senior Claims Coordinator

The Senior Claims Coordinator role is onsite in Columbia, MO. Compensation is $23.08–$34.61 per hour. The position supports MEM Insurance’s Claims Department and its work with claims leaders, professionals, vendors, policyholders, and external partners. The coordinator keeps claims operations organized through financial administration, vendor and payment workflows, return-to-work coordination, records management, and leadership support. This work helps the department maintain accurate documentation and timely service across its claims activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Claims Operations and Medical Management budgets and expense reviews
• process invoices, vouchers, reimbursements, refunds, and claim-related payments
• maintain vendor files and onboarding records
• support vendor compliance and 1099 reporting
• coordinate return-to-work referrals and documentation
• provide administrative support, meeting and travel coordination, and liaison services
• maintain claims records, reports, logs, policies, and contact resources.
