What you'll do

• Process payroll for multiple companies and payroll cycles
• audit timecards, payroll data, and reports
• process payroll adjustments and deductions
• maintain employee payroll and tax records
• process multi-state payrolls, including specialized prevailing-wage payrolls
• prepare tax documents, reports, reconciliations, and journal entries
• resolve payroll discrepancies
• assist with year-end processing and audits
• monitor compliance and recommend process improvements
• maintain procedures and documentation
• train employees and respond to payroll questions.

Why this role
