What you'll do
- Prioritize and coordinate daily electrical and instrumentation work
- supervise technicians, contractors, and foremen
- assign and verify preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
- support troubleshooting and reliability of electrical distribution, instrumentation, analyzers, control systems, and related equipment
- coordinate contractor safety
- coach and train employees
- assist with staffing and shift coverage
- monitor backlog and work-order performance
- coordinate spare parts and maintenance materials
- support shutdowns and plant improvements.

Why this role
