Collide provides brand activation solutions across print, promotional products, digital, and fabrication. The project manager coordinates packaging artwork projects for key accounts, connecting clients, design firms, sales, on-site personnel, and production teams. The role manages specifications, timelines, order entry, and communication to support accurate production and quality.

What you'll do

• Consult with clients and on-site personnel during artwork development and pre-press
• attend or run pre-production meetings when requested and feasible
• manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships
• respond to requests
• communicate artwork issues
• document information affecting quality
• participate in process improvement and production meetings
• verify technical data against supplied art
• manage multiple project timelines
• track received and shipped artwork
• understand client processes
• communicate issues to management
• ensure orders are complete and concise for production.
