What you'll do

• Process ticket sales and upgrades using a point-of-sale system
• validate guest tickets and provide a welcoming arrival
• support crossing guard, guest services, and exit greeter functions
• maintain knowledge of admission products and help guests choose options
• contribute to operational and service excellence.
