The Operations & Manufacturing Support Specialist role is onsite in Redding, CA, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. Spectrum Orthotics and Prosthetics provides personalized care and technology for prosthetic and orthotic patients, with a focus on patient wellbeing. The specialist supports daily clinic and fabrication workflows by coordinating inventory, device status, materials, and logistics. The role helps devices move accurately and on time through processing, fabrication, quality checks, and delivery preparation, with opportunities to learn fabrication and fitting support over time.

What you'll do

• Monitor the flow of prosthetic and orthotic devices and update statuses
• manage shoe processing, check in orthopedic shoes, fit foot orthotics into shoes, and verify products before delivery
• prepare materials and work areas and assist fabrication staff with basic tasks
• support quality control and finishing
• receive and verify shipments, update inventory systems, organize supplies, assist with stock-and-bill processes, and coordinate outgoing shipments and transfers
• maintain clean and safe production spaces.
