What you'll do

• Prepare and pull samples for internal and external testing
• test raw materials, packaging, in-process items, and finished goods
• conduct inline magnet checks and sanitation-effectiveness and ATP swabs
• inspect incoming bulk raw materials
• enter data into quality systems
• report out-of-spec results to the Quality Technician III
• calibrate and maintain lab equipment
• maintain lab cleanliness
• dispose of food waste tubs
• support plant cleanup and special projects
• follow SQF, GMP, and food safety standards.
