What you'll do

• Own performance marketing strategy across first- and third-party channels
• manage paid media and agency performance
• establish channel KPIs, budgets, and measurement frameworks
• optimize spend and testing
• build dashboards and executive reporting
• analyze customer behavior and marketing performance
• lead loyalty, CRM, and retention strategy
• develop marketing plans and benchmarks for restaurant openings
• partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and senior leadership
• coach the marketing team and define the growth and analytics function roadmap.
