What you'll do

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload
• conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust programming
• complete documentation and treatment plans
• collaborate with families and caregivers
• maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
