Construction Engineering and Inspection Team Lead — Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver CEI projects in assigned service areas
• build and maintain relationships with NCDOT, municipal, and county clients
• recruit, mentor, and retain CEI professionals
• oversee QA/QC and compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with regional and statewide leadership and project teams
• identify project opportunities and contribute to business development
• provide client service and leadership on complex transportation projects from planning through construction.
