What you'll do

• Advise the VP and leadership team on priorities and decisions
• translate objectives into operating plans, milestones, risks, and performance indicators
• shape leadership and organization-wide communications
• facilitate leadership-team rhythms and decision forums
• lead financial planning, forecasting, investment tracking, and resource oversight
• maintain governance, controls, and inspection-ready processes
• lead continuous improvement
• coordinate across global functions
• provide business-operations leadership for the Ludwigshafen site
• report on performance, capacity, risks, and commitments.
