What you'll do

• Manage outbound shipping schedules and carrier pickups
• coordinate truck appointments and delivery schedules
• process shipments and records in the TipTop ERP system
• prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and other shipping documents
• verify quantities, destinations, part numbers, and customer information
• coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and drivers
• track shipments and provide status updates
• investigate discrepancies and documentation errors
• support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
