What you'll do

• Drive studio sales, service, membership agreements, retention, and revenue
• supervise sales representatives and manage staff schedules
• provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• collect outstanding dues
• enforce studio policies and procedures
• support lead generation, grassroots marketing, networking, community events, and promotions
• use ClubReady software for client account inquiries and sales opportunities
• maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• support the owner in team and business development.
