What you'll do

• Manage project and case intake, prioritization, assignment, and end-to-end tracking across health underwriting products
• maintain client-level status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities
• coordinate with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Implementation, QA, and Client Executives
• improve and automate processes using Salesforce, Jira, and spreadsheets
• connect workflows and data across systems
• build reporting on ticket volume, aging, bottlenecks, resolution rates, and workload.
