What you'll do

• Develop, characterize, and optimize 3D NAND flash memory devices and arrays
• investigate memory-cell behavior and physical mechanisms
• design and analyze experiments
• optimize memory operating methods, algorithms, and parameters
• analyze experimental datasets using statistical methods, scripting, and visualization
• collaborate across process, circuit design, product, test, qualification, and system engineering.
