What you'll do

• Provide technical planning, design, permitting, and construction support for water utility projects
• prepare engineering calculations, alternatives analyses, design reports, construction plans, permit submittals, and cost estimates
• review plans and specifications
• monitor task budgets and progress
• document design changes
• conduct on-site inspections as needed
• assist project managers and proposals
• attend client, public, project, and staff meetings.
