What you'll do

• Process and analyze purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices using SAP S/4HANA and OpenText VIM
• resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies
• monitor AP queues and aging reports
• respond to vendor and stakeholder inquiries
• partner with procurement, receiving, treasury, tax, and business teams
• support reconciliations, accruals, payment research, and month-end close
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• recommend process improvements
• guide AP team members and business users.
