What you'll do
- Conduct client introductions and train and support caregivers
- coordinate training schedules and compliance with the Operations Manager
- help fill shifts and cover call-offs
- conduct quality assessments at client sites and by phone
- communicate with clients, families, and care providers
- review care notes and training compliance
- support recruiting, orientations, and employee reviews.
