What you'll do

• Lead Product Support Engineering teams across Clippers, Trimmers, Rotary, and Decoration product lines
• develop team capability and effectiveness
• improve manufacturability, process stability, and product performance
• promote GD&T, DFM, and DFA practices
• lead Kaizen and Lean improvements
• collaborate on design reviews and product launches
• partner with Quality and Operations on changes
• support FMEAs, Control Plans, and process capability
• conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
• support capital and tooling investments
• ensure process safety and product compliance
• set team goals and report project status and metrics to leadership.
