Assistant Store Manager – Wellness

Compensation is $3,000–$0 per year. The Assistant Store Manager – Wellness role is onsite, with its primary location in Vinings, GA, and backup coverage at the Woodstock, GA location as needed. Restore Hyper Wellness aims to make alternative wellness services accessible and help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. The role supports store performance by leading and developing staff, overseeing daily operations and customer experience, and driving sales and local marketing. It also helps maintain safety and compliance, manage schedules and reporting, and prepare for potential advancement to General Manager.

What you'll do

• Coach and develop staff, oversee training and performance, create employee schedules, and conduct staff meetings
• maintain a safe, clean store and support operational standards and repairs
• address customer service issues and report appointments, revenue, calls, and incidents
• drive membership, package, and retail sales
• support local partnerships, events, marketing, and social media
• represent Restore's values and mission.
