What you'll do

• Administer pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing and coordinate other required testing
• maintain testing rosters and records and liaise with third-party administrators, collection sites, and Medical Review Officers
• assist with FMLA and workers’ compensation claims
• respond to benefits questions
• process qualifying life event changes and COBRA notices
• support open enrollment
• maintain HRIS benefits and leave records
• partner with payroll on deductions and leave-related pay
• provide additional HR and onboarding support.
