The Registered Nurse – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities role is an onsite, full-time position in Webster, NY, paying $37–$40 per hour. CDS Monarch supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through nursing services at assigned sites. The RN assesses individuals’ nursing needs, oversees and delivers nursing service plans, and provides clinical supervision and staff training. The role coordinates with medical providers, families, and residence managers while maintaining records and supporting compliance with applicable OPWDD and other regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and annual nursing assessments
• oversee and deliver nursing service plans
• create, revise, implement, and train on care plans and procedures
• coordinate referrals and appointments
• supervise staff
• maintain medical records
• provide phone triage during regular business hours
• liaise with providers and families
• participate in audits.
