Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Personal Trainer role is onsite at Snap Fitness Iowa Colony in Rosharon, TX. Base pay is $15–$20 per hour, plus a $20–$35 flat bonus for each personal training session delivered. The trainer reports to the Club Manager and supports members’ fitness goals at a 24/7 club. The role assesses members’ fitness, develops individualized exercise programs, and coaches safe exercise technique. It also supports member retention, occasional social media content, facility standards, and local community or sponsored events.

What you'll do

• Conduct fitness assessments
• design individualized exercise programs
• coach members on form and safety
• provide general nutrition guidance within certification scope
• partner with the Club Manager on member goals and training packages
• occasionally assist with social media content
• maintain facility spaces
• support local and sponsored events.
