What you'll do

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles, including phone screens, assessments, interview scheduling, coordination, and offer decision partnership
• collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders
• build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing channels
• use assessment tools and HARRI applicant tracking system
• communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• coordinate with People and Culture and onboarding teams
• track and report recruiting metrics
• support interview training, referral programs, DEI recruiting initiatives, and system upgrades
• represent CAVA at local job fairs and events as needed.
