What you'll do

• Own recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding transition
• clarify role scope and success outcomes with hiring managers
• design interview plans and align candidate evaluation
• manage concurrent searches
• provide a responsive candidate experience
• coach interviewers on structured practices
• develop sourcing strategies and talent pools
• advise hiring managers using market data
• track pipeline health and hiring risks
• improve recruiting workflows, tools, playbooks, and metrics.
