Children and Youth Services Specialist

Job overview

The Children and Youth Services Specialist role is hybrid in Greenville, SC, with four days in the office and one work-from-home day. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The role supports World Relief’s work with immigrant and refugee youth and families. The specialist coordinates culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that promote academic success, social connection, and long-term integration. The role connects youth and families with school, mentoring, tutoring, career-readiness, and community resources while tracking progress and program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Support school enrollment, orientation, and immunization needs
• develop youth Personal Development Plans
• coordinate tutoring, ESL, and program referrals
• recruit and support mentors
• connect youth with career readiness and vocational training
• provide case management
• maintain CRM records
• support interpreter-facilitated school communication and parent engagement
• collaborate with schools and community providers
• report grant program data and track outcomes.
