What you'll do

• Execute scheduled billing cycles and event-driven billing requests
• validate calculations and reconcile activity across custodians and internal systems
• research discrepancies and resolve exceptions
• calculate and process payments to third-party managers, strategists, and partners
• maintain procedures, quality assurance, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation
• partner across Client Service, Finance, Product, and Technology on inquiries, requirements, testing, and workflow improvements
• identify automation and AI opportunities.
