Member Services Specialist

Job overview

The Member Services Specialist role is full-time and onsite in Irving, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a 37.5-hour work week. Compensation is $18–$19.50 per hour. MetroTex supports members with service, training, and resources for their real estate businesses. The specialist provides front-line assistance with routine member inquiries, transactions, and services. The role maintains accurate member records and refers complex questions or policy issues to senior staff.

What you'll do

• Support members by phone, email, and in person
• assist with membership applications, renewals, payments, and services
• update and maintain member records in the association management system
• maintain filing and recordkeeping systems
• refer complex matters to senior staff.
