The Clinic Practice Nurse role is onsite in Everett, WA, paying $30–$48 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The nurse supports Pinnacle Fertility’s Washington clinics in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Everett, helping patients through fertility treatment. The role combines clinical monitoring, IVF navigation, education, and care coordination. The nurse assesses treatment responses, performs or trains in ultrasound scanning, coordinates appointments and follow-up, and works with clinical and support teams to provide patients with a consistent point of contact throughout treatment.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and monitor responses to fertility treatments, medication reactions, and lab results
• perform ultrasound scans or train in scanning
• provide triage and clinical guidance within RN scope
• educate patients on protocols, medications, procedures, and expected outcomes
• coordinate appointments, lab work, procedures, and follow-up
• collaborate with financial counselors, embryology, and genetics teams
• document in the EMR
• track progress and follow up on missed appointments
• participate in case reviews and quality improvement
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
