Residential Construction Sales Consultant, Handyman Services

The Residential Construction Sales Consultant position is onsite and serves the Portland, OR metro area; it is not remote. Compensation includes a $4,000 monthly base salary plus commission and benefits, with an additional $2,000 monthly training salary during the first six months; established consultants typically earn $60,000–$90,000+ annually. What you'll do

• Estimate, present, and sell residential repair and remodeling projects
• create specifications, cost sheets, selections, rescission paperwork, and sketches or plans as needed
• coordinate billing with office staff and collect client payments
• assist clients with financing options when needed
• communicate with clients throughout the sales process
• collaborate with project managers after projects are sold.
