What you'll do

• Maintain apartments, common areas, amenities, and grounds
• diagnose and complete routine repairs
• respond to resident service requests
• inspect vacant apartments and complete make-ready work
• perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records
• inspect exterior and common areas
• organize tools and supplies
• coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors
• participate in emergency maintenance and the after-hours on-call rotation
• follow safety standards and procedures.

Why this role

Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred; working knowledge of general building repairs required. HVAC/EPA certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. After-hours on-call rotation is required.
