What you'll do

• Lead scout groups through the OASE program
• support other OASE groups in the field when not assigned to a crew
• instruct scouts in safe trail building and monitor general safety and health
• work with OASE and Summit leadership to address issues
• model the Scout Oath and Law
• maintain a clean, organized, inspected, and safe work area
• follow staff handbook policies and procedures.
