What you'll do

• Oversee and analyze defined contribution retirement plans, self-insured health and dental plans, and other welfare programs
• ensure regulatory compliance
• coordinate with legal counsel, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders
• lead benefits administration, team member communications, and HCM implementation efforts
• drive process improvement and system optimization
• supervise Benefits Analysts
• prepare data-driven insights and executive summaries
• support the Director of Benefits and HR leadership in evaluating strategies and advancing benefits initiatives.
